20129 rings Buddha is the concept work for that commissionned sculpture , an assemblage of 9 iron wheels from a 19 th century fire brigade of Curacao . After so much service for humanity , they deserve peace . They got it . The picture is taken in front of my house in Band Abou , where you can see the famous Indjan face on the cliff , right behind That light shines at Sunrise
